   This is a pewter plate manufactured by the Wilton Armentale company of Pennsylvania. It is one of 150 plates commissioned by Jan Seipel, of Waterville, Ohio, to honor the USA Bicentennial, Waterville, Ohio's founding year (which is incorrect: it was actually founded in 1831!) and Herman Rupp's store on the bank of the Miami-Erie Canal in Waterville.
